No More Blaming: Start - Up, And Take RESPONSIBILITY!

In, nearly, all walks of life, from politicians/ elected officials, to those, who are so - called leaders, of any organization, blaming others, and complaining, serves little, to no positive effect! Instead, we must demand, anyone, holding any position of leadership, must be ready, willing, and able, to step - up, and take a greater amount of personal RESPONSIBILITY! SImply, because, we have witnessed, and permitted, some, extremely obvious, political/ elected officials, to avoid this, and resort to blame - and - complain, it doesn't make it, valuable, worthwhile, productive, and/ or, meaningful. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it matters.

1. Relevant; reliable: Nothing productive, is achieved, until/ unless, the idea and approach is relevant, and the leader demonstrates, he is a reliable individual, who ia ready, willing, and able to serve and represent, others!

2. Empathy; emphasis; excellence; endurance: Our leaders must effectively listen, and learn, so they might proceed, with genuine empathy, and address both, priorities, and perceptions! When this is their emphasis, and they demand their utmost personal excellence (instead of good - enough), while proceeding with endurance, and persistence (when others give - up), they are showing, they are serious, and responsible!

3. Sustainable; system; service: A true leader must be, both relevant, to address short - term, immediate needs and issues, while considering, sustainable needs, also! They must provide quality service, as well as a clear - cut, system, to achieve necessary objectives.

4. Priorities; perception; planning: One must have the knowledge, understanding and perception, to accurately, determine his group's priorities, as well as his stakeholder's perceptions! He must use this, to use strategic planning, and perceive and conceive of, create, and implement, the finest, action plan!

5. Options; opportunities; organized: Instead of proceeding, in a haphazard manner, effective leadership comes from, considering options and alternatives, and taking advantage of the finest opportunities, in a well - organized way!

6. Needs: In the end - result, and analysis, effectively, leading, must emphasize needs, priorities, and quality, relevant goals!

7. Strengthen; stronger: One must strive to strengthen others, if he hopes to make his group, stronger, and more meaningful!

8. Integrity; innovate: We need, and must demand, a leader has genuine, absolute integrity, combined with a readiness, and willingness, to effectively, innovate, to make the group, more relevant and sustainable!

9. Bring - it; benefits; beliefs: Members' benefits must be a priority, and it is a leader's responsibility and duty, to bring - it (his finest efforts) daily! How one aligns his actions, with the core beliefs of an organization's mission, and his stakeholders priorities, is significant!

10. Ideas; ideology; ideals: In order to make a difference for the better, it takes a combination of quality, well - considered, relevant, sustainable ideas, which align with the ideology of the organization, and performed, with the ideals, which his constituents desire, and cherish!

11. Listen; learn; leadership: Meaningful leadership must begin with effective listening, and learning from every experience, and conversation, acquiring quality knowledge, understanding, greater judgment, and hopefully, wisdom!

12. Insights; intentions: Leading must be based on, and focus on quality insights, and meaningful, positive intentions!

13. Truth/ trust; time - tested; timely: Why would others trust you, unless you committed to consistently, telling the truth? It takes learning from the past, with time - tested, expertise, and a willingness, to proceed, in a well - considered, timely manner!

14. Yes; your; you: Leaders must be ready, to say, yes, to the finest possibilities, and realizing, if you consider leading, it's up, to you, to do the best job, possible!

Let's stop the easiest path, of least resistance, and resorting to blaming, and complaining! A true leader, consistently steps - up, and assumes personal RESPONSIBILITY!
